By accessing and using the RevelKey application (“the Service”), operated by RevelKey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevelKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, or loss of data, arising out of your utilization of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevelKey, its affiliates, officers, employees, and operational agents from any third-party claims, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising directly out of your use or misuse of the Service or your explicit violation of these Terms.
